Staff at St Mary’s were all trained in Nurture (Level 3 WSNA) in 2020. We have continue to develop our nurturing approaches to support pupils. Most recently staff had further training in circle time type strategies and Theraplay. Stephanie Woods from the EA nurturing team has also modelled the strategies in all classes.
