St Mary’s were delighted to welcome the new CEO of CCMS, Mr Eamonn Broderick and Education Director, Mr Michael Keenan. We were honoured to be the first school which Mr Broderick chose to visit since his appointment. During the visit we shared some of our many recent successes and the gentlemen visited all classes. The children were commended for their confidence, excellent manners and enthusiastic responses. We were also delighted to be praised for our strong pastoral ethos. There was also recognition for the ingenuity with which we adapt and manage, while awaiting our new build. As we are all aware finance is currently severely limited within education, however we continue to take opportunities such as this visit to highlight the urgency with which the work needs to commence.
