Primary 4 enjoyed an exciting start to their new Minibeasts topic through hands‑on, activity‑based learning, making the most of the lovely weather by taking their learning outdoors. Pupils explored playdough modelling to create different minibeasts, painted symmetrical creatures such as butterflies, designed minibeast habitats using LEGO and junk art, created bug hotels, and took on the role of scientists in a lab to investigate and identify minibeast features.
