Well done to the girls from P6 and P7 who competed in the Fermanagh Cumann na mBunscoil mini 7’s blitz on Monday in the Bawnacre centre Irvinestown.
The girls had a great day of football with lots of competitive matches against schools from across the county.
They produced some excellent performances during the group stages with all the girls playing a vital part in helping the team to top their group.
They girls then came up against a strong St. Mary’s Teemore team (who were the eventual winners of the tournament) in the semi finals and narrowly lost.
A massive well done also to Fionnan Fitzpatrick who represented our school at the Cumman na mBunscoil boys trials for the chance to play at Ulster championship games and in Crowe park later on in the year.
It was a brilliant day of sport. Well done everyone!
