Thank-you to everyone who helped make First Holy Communion a very special day for our P4 class and their families, Fr Kevin, the junior choir, altar servers, P3 and other parents who generously helped serve or donated refreshments and Ray of Hope. A special acknowledgement to the staff who helped in preparation and on the day, especially Mrs Soraghan who always ensures the children are impeccably prepared for the sacrament.
There was a wonderful atmosphere of family and community, aided no doubt by the beautiful sunshine. We hope all the children have a wonderful weekend of celebrations, which will no doubt continue, when the Friends of St Mary’s deliver an extra treat on Monday.
